Every price is for the whole house, up to 8 guests. At eight that works out at 1,125 to 1,625 CZK a person a night, sauna and pond included. Well-behaved animals are welcome by prior arrangement for 500 CZK per animal per night; the indicative total above assumes one animal, and more are settled in our reply. A refundable deposit of 20,000 CZK is paid by transfer together with the stay and returned within 7 working days of the house being checked. Cancel 30 days or more before arrival and you are refunded in full; inside 30 days the booking is non-refundable. Because the stay is booked for specific dates, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (§ 1837 j, Czech Civil Code); the cancellation terms above apply instead.
A local tourist tax for the municipality of Rabyně is added to the price: 30 CZK per person per night. Guests under 18 and others exempt by law do not pay it. The exact amount is shown in the booking summary before you send it; if you are entitled to an exemption, please say so when booking. The tax is paid to the municipality after you complete the BestGuest check-in form and is not part of the payment for the stay.
