2Terms and cancellation

3Consumer disputes
If we cannot settle a complaint between us, you can refer the dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, which handles out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.

A proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR) is filed directly with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority at coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr. The procedure is free of charge for consumers.
4What you send us
A booking request carries your name, email address, phone number and the dates you asked about. We use it to answer that request and to arrange the stay. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Write to booking@saunahousezeleneudoli.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
5Cameras at the house
Three cameras cover the outside of the house: the parking space, the main entrance, and the area under the pergola facing the pond. There are no cameras indoors, and the one facing the pond is switched to private mode for the length of every stay. The monitored area is signed on site.

6Cookies and measurement
The site itself sets no cookies. Nothing is stored on your device to make the pages work, and no account or profile is kept when you simply read them.
If you allow it, we load a measurement cookie from Meta (Facebook). It tells us whether the ads we pay for actually bring anyone here, and it can follow you to other sites Meta works with. That is why we ask first, and why nothing loads until you say yes.
Declining costs you nothing: every part of this site, including the booking form, works exactly the same either way. You can change your mind at any time from the Cookies link at the bottom of any page.
The one thing we do store when you answer is the answer itself, so that we do not ask you again on every page.
7Guest reviews
We publish only reviews from guests who actually stayed here. Each one comes from a booking made directly with us or through a booking portal, and was written after the stay. We do not pay for reviews and we neither edit nor delete them — we only translate them, and the original of each is one click away on the guest reviews page.
