Eight, across three bedrooms: a king, a double, and a family room with a bunk and a second double. Six beds, two bathrooms and two separate toilets.

Fast enough. Hopefully unnecessary. There is a desk by the window with a wired connection if you do have to work for an hour.

Entirely. The house, the cedar sauna, the pond and the outdoor areas are yours alone for the whole stay. Nothing is shared and nothing is booked in slots. The sauna takes about 90 minutes to come up to heat and runs to 95 °C, so it is worth switching on early.

Yes, if you tell us in advance, for 500 CZK per animal per night. Tick the box when you ask for dates and say how many animals are coming. They are not allowed on the beds, on upholstered furniture, in the sauna or in the pond. You are responsible for any damage and for cleaning up after them.

A travel cot with bedding, a booster seat for the table, children's books, toys and an indoor space to play are all here, included in the price.

Not indoors and not in the sauna. Smoking and vaping are both banned inside. The fire pit and the terrace are outside, which is where the evening tends to end up anyway.

No. The house is for families, quiet gatherings and weekends by the water. Parties, stag and hen weekends, commercial events and professional photo or film shoots need written permission. Quiet hours are 22:00 to 7:00, and outdoor audio stays off during them.

Three, all of them outside: at the parking space, at the main entrance, and under the pergola facing the pond. They are there to protect the house. There are no cameras of any kind indoors, and the one facing the pond is switched to private mode for the length of your stay.

Yes. The pond is a natural swimming pond with sand filtration, open year-round. Its colour and temperature change with the season and the weather. That is the point of it. There is also a beach at Nová Rabyně, two kilometres away.

Two paddleboards for the reservoir, a grill, a fire pit, a hammock, a pergola and an outdoor shower. Children use the sauna, pond, fire pit and paddleboards under adult supervision.

About 45–50 minutes by car. The house sits in Loutí near Rabyně, above the Slapy reservoir.

Self check-in over a keypad, any time after 16:00. Checkout is before 10:00, and no one will be waiting to hand you a key. One thing about the drive: a satnav sometimes offers a track across the meadow, which is not a road. Follow the village of Loutí to its end and turn uphill at the bins.

Up to three cars on the property, always available, right next to the door.

Yes. There is a wallbox ready for you right by the parking space — a wall-mounted charging point for an electric car. Plug in when you arrive and the car charges overnight while you sleep. Charging is billed by consumption at 10 CZK per kWh; everything else about the parking is included.

From 9,000 CZK a night out of season, 11,000 in winter and 13,000 in summer, for the whole house and all eight of you. Christmas, New Year and Easter have their own rates and longer minimum stays. The full table is above.

Pick your dates above and send a request. Cancel 30 days or more before arrival and you get everything back; inside 30 days the booking is non-refundable. A refundable deposit of 20,000 CZK is held for the stay.
